Mexican Riviera

We're back!!! Last week we had the amazing experience of boarding a cruise ship, and setting sail for Mexico. We spent 7 wonderful, fun filled days with our boys and our great friends, Steve & Kelly Clark, and Mike & Audra Pike and their boys Jordan, Keaton, and Treyden. Bentlee stayed home with Mimi and Papa. (thanks mom and dad!!) Although we missed her a TON, it was fun getting to spend some quality time with our boys. We went on a pirate ship in Puerto Vallarta, toured the city in Mazatlan, and spent some time on Lovers Beach in Cabo San Lucas. This cruise was a surprise from Kip. He planned the whole thing...and surprised us on Christmas morning. What a GREAT guy...I am soooo lucky to have him!! Here are a few pics from our trip..

Every evening we would return to our rooms to find a new "towel animal" on our beds. The boys could hardly wait to see what the new animal would be. Here are a couple of their favorites...

Keaton, Brey, Bridger, Treyden and Branon

This was the pirate ship that we rode on in Puerto Vallarta.

The pirate ship made Bridger feel a little queezy...apparently a little tired too!

Branon patiently waiting for the waves. We dumped 5 lbs. of sand out of his shorts after we left the beach!!

Nintendo DS is a GREAT investment if you are looking for something to keep your kids quiet and entertained. We had several people tell us how well behaved our kids were. Thanks Nintendo DS!! :)

A view of our ship and a beautiful Mexico sunset.
( I took this picture while standing in front of a Mexico Wal*Mart)

Bridger...lookin' like a little monkey.

The Gang!

A cathedral church in Mazatlan.

Branon stood in the hall of the cruise ship one evening with his foam lizard and entertained a group of drunk college boys who came stumbling by. It was quite hilarious!!

The markets in Mexico are a little different than the markets here. They smelled funky too!!

Branon wandered off one evening while we were doing pictures and found himself a nice, quiet, comfy seat to lounge in!

Cabo!

What a group of handsome boys!!

The Little Tornado Strikes Again...

This is our "little tornado." We call her this because she is into EVERYTHING and leaves a path of destruction wherever she goes. Her latest incident involved a bottle of conditioner. Her hair, face, pajamas and the bathroom sink & counter top were caked with conditioner. She tried...most of it ended up in her hair...where it should be. It's hard to be mad at her when she looks so satisfied and proud of herself!!

No...those aren't false teeth. It's just Bentlee's favorite binkie. Unfortunately, it makes her look like a "hillbilly!" The boys think it is hilarious!!!

After helping me clean up, she went straight to the tub!
